Crisis Management Centre and Guardian Service
What we offer

Access to our state-of-the-art crisis management centre via a USSD panic button loaded on your cell phone or by contacting our crisis centre directly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
When an emergency arises, we will also manage the situation and contact emergency services on your behalf. It is important to note that any medical care, emergency services and transportation costs will be for your own account.

How it works

In the event of an emergency, our crisis centre can be contacted in the following ways:

  1. Telephone number: 086 144 4442
  2. Panic Button/USSD string: *120*15553*006#

Once you are connected to our crisis centre, we will confirm the nature of your emergency, dispatch a security guard directly to your location, and facilitate the dispatch of other services you may require.

We will deploy a security guard in circumstances where you experience a roadside breakdown or accident, and you feel unsafe. The security guard’s primary function is to protect you from danger. The security guard will wait with you until your roadside service provider arrives.

If you do not have a roadside assistance service, or if you do not request roadside services at the scene of a breakdown, the security guard will stay with you for a maximum of 60 minutes. During this time, you need to make alternative arrangements in order for you to be escorted to safety or for your vehicle to be repaired.
